Set on its own private island, this four-bedroom home features open-plan interiors and panoramic windows that frame stunning views, all wrapped in a warm, homely atmosphere.

 • Allocated Space: Located past the house, beside space for Number 15, near the tree and marked HM14.

 • Overflow Parking: Available near the black barn-style houses.

 • Car Sharing: Encouraged where possible.

 • Please do not park on the grass, in front of boat stores, or in spaces allocated to other properties.

Option 1: Tap & Pay

1. Tap the screen and select your bay’s connector.
2. Pay using contactless, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
3. Charging will begin automatically.

Option 2: Roam Charging App

1. Plug in your vehicle and download the Roam Charging app (iOS/Android).
2. Scan the QR code on the charger.
3. Select your preferred payment method.
4. Start charging.

  • Welcome Pack: Tea, coffee, sugar, and few essentials to get you started.

  • Self-Catering: Please bring any additional supplies you’ll need.

  🌊 Lake & Outdoor Access: 

Winter (October–March):

• Locked gate to jetty at rear of property. Keep it locked when not in use. 

• Lakes are closed from October to March due to colder weather and for safety reasons.

Summer (April–September):

• Use the rear gate to access the lake. Keep it locked when not in use. 

• Contact the Activity Hub at 01285 719 960 or visit lowermillestate.com/activities.

• Guests must wear appropriate clothing and use suitable equipment.

• Buoyancy aids must be worn at all times for safety reasons.

• Water is shallow near the jetty but deepens further out — enter at your own risk.

Don’t leave your furry companions behind — up to two well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed for a small additional pet fee. With miles of scenic trails, lakeside paths, and open green spaces, it’s a dog-walking paradise.

House Rules:
• Must stay downstairs and not be left alone during the day.
• Pick up after them and use a lead where required.
• No dogs on furniture; bring their bed or cage for a comfy stay.
• Doggy towels and bowls are available for after walks.
